Title of the paper : Infrastructure and Inclusion: A Beneficiary Satisfaction Analysis of RIDF Projects in Kerala

Abstract: This study examines the satisfaction levels and perceptions of various stakeholders regarding the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund RIDF projects. A comparative analysis was conducted across business owners, agriculturists, households, health professionals, educationalists, and elected representatives. Using descriptive statistics and ordinal logistic regression models, the study evaluates differences in perception, satisfaction, and the influence of socio economic factors such as income and gender. The findings reveal significant variations across stakeholder groups, particularly with respect to income levels and participation in project implementation phases. The results provide policy insights for improving the effectiveness, inclusiveness, and impact of RIDF funded infrastructure projects.
