Marketing Strategies for Customer Satisfaction towards Commercial Banking Services
Abstract:
Marketing Strategies play a significant role for growing our Indian economy. Every Sector can easily compete with other competitors with the help of marketing strategies of the Commercial Banking Services. The role of Service quality of Commercial Banking is interconnected with Customers Satisfaction. The major purpose of this study is to analyse effect of Marketing Strategies on Customers satisfaction of commercial Banking services. Primary Data was collected from the use of questionnaire through the study of Bank customers and the result found that Marketing strategies much contributed to Customers Satisfaction. High service equality is important weapon to survive Commercial Banks. Commercial Banks are spending a lot of energy to Frame policies about Customers Satisfaction.
