Abstract: This study examines the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence AI technologies into research methodology, analyzing how AI is reshaping data gathering, analysis, and interpretation. With the rapid advancements in machine learning, natural language processing, and big data analytics, AI has revolutionized traditional research processes by enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. However, this integration also presents significant challenges, including concerns related to data bias, ethical dilemmas, the transparency of AI driven insights, and the diminishing role of human intuition in interpreting findings. Furthermore, the reliability and validity of AI generated results remain key areas of debate. This paper critically assesses these obstacles and explores innovative strategies that researchers can adopt to mitigate risks, ensuring ethical AI usage while maximizing its potential. By adopting AI responsibly, researchers can enhance the depth and scope of their studies, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and pave the way for more data driven, evidence based research methodologies.
