Title of the paper : MSPT CF A Multi Scale Patch Transformer for Cystic Fibrosis Detection Using Chest CT Images

Abstract: This work is aimed at proposing a Multi Scale Patch Transformer MSPT CF as an innovative approach to cystic fibrosis CF diagnosis. The aim is to develop a purely Transformer based and CF detecting computer vision model that learns to recognise CF based on a chest CT scan source of data. This is achieved through multi scale patch embedding as a way of capturing effectively the global and fine grained lung damages associated with cystic fibrosis.
