Sustainable Hospitality in the Age of AI: Developing Service Models and Training Practices in Food and Beverage Operations of Premium Hotels in Delhi NCR
Abstract:
Artificial intelligence AI is becoming an essential part of the hospitality industry to enhance service provision, increase the efficiency of operations and promote sustainability. This study is concerned with the use of AI in service model and training regimen development in food and beverage FB operations of upscale hotels in the Delhi NCR. Using a quantitative research methodology, the study explores the role of AI based interventions in creating sustainability when tackling the issues of employees and the hotel management. Structured questionnaires were developed to gather data on 272 respondents, managers, supervisors and front-line staff. The analysis involves descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis in determining the relationships among AI facilitated service model, training effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and sustainability outcomes.
