Title of the paper :
The Role of Digital Transformation 4.0 in Innovation Driven Entrepreneurship: A Critical Review
Abstract:
This paper examines how Digital Transformation 4.0 reshapes innovation and entrepreneurship through the diffusion and integration of Industry 4.0 technologies such as artificial intelligence AI, big data analytics, cloud computing, block chain, and digital platforms. Moving beyond a narrow focus on digitization, the study conceptualizes digital transformation as a systemic and strategic process that alters business models, organizational capabilities, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Drawing on high impact literature in innovation, entrepreneurship, and information systems, the paper develops an integrative conceptual framework identifying key drivers, mechanisms, and outcomes of digital transformation for entrepreneurial value creation. The study contributes to ongoing debates by clarifying theoretical linkages between digital technologies and innovation driven entrepreneurship, highlighting both opportunities and structural constraints, and offering implications for policy design and future empirical research in developed and emerging economies.
