Title of the paper : From Bytes to Benchmarks: A Statistical Framework for Evaluating Inclusive Growth in the Vikasit Bharat Era

Abstract: The vision of Vikasit Bharat 2047 aims to transform India into a developed nation characterized by economic prosperity, technological advancement, and social equity. However, the challenge lies not only in achieving growth but also in ensuring that such growth is inclusive. With the rapid expansion of digital infrastructure, data driven governance, and artificial intelligence, the availability of large scale datasets provides new opportunities for evidence based policy evaluation. This paper proposes a statistical framework for evaluating inclusive growth in the Vikasit Bharat era by integrating digital indicators, socio economic benchmarks, and multivariate statistical methods. The framework highlights the role of big data, composite indices, and multivariate modelling techniques in measuring disparities across regions, genders, and socio economic groups. By combining digital data streams with traditional economic indicators, the study offers a systematic approach to assess the inclusiveness of Indias developmental trajectory.
