A Study on Youth Perception towards Mobile Banking Usage With Reference to Students
Abstract:
Banking plays an important part in profitable development. Information technology IT has evolved and has changed the way the business conducted. Banks are offering innovative technology grounded services to their guests. As technology changes banking sectors introduced Digital Banking, which facilitates their guests to use banking services from any place at any time. The banks are connected to their guests using internet. Digital banking is the fastest growing channel of banking. A rapid-fire increase in the operation of smartphones among youths in India with banking operations in mobile device has a development in Mobile banking. Mobile banking operation is adding in recent days is due to the easy to operate and accessible way of banking. Digital banking allows guests to check account balances, finances transfer, and payment of bills and access to numerous other banking products and services from anywhere and at any time. Youth plays an important part in erecting our nation stronger. This paper analyses the crucial factors attracting youths towards mobile banking and some problems faced by the students while using Mobile banking. A sample of 50 respondents was selected for this study, and a structured questionnaire was designed to collect primary data. The data was then analyzed using the SPSS tool to draw findings and conclusions.
