Title of the paper :
Blooming English Language Skills for Budding Engineers to Flourish in Global Environment
Abstract:
A flower needs suitable environmental conditions to design itself from a bud to a beautifully flourished flower, and then only it will be able to spread the fragrance to its surrounded world, likewise the budding engineers need blooming English language skills to communicate their technical skills to this fast growing modern world. It is a fact that science and engineering are the bragging fields of study in 21st century, which are playing pivotal role in shaping the modern world. The students of these two studies require good communicative competence to succeed in their personal and professional life. As most of the Indian engineering students are from rural areas they feel like a fish out of water whenever they supposed to speak in English. So this inability of communicating in English is the only reason behind their failure during job interviews.
