Using AI and Modern Technology to Enhance Your English Language Teaching and Learning
Abstract:
Artificial intelligence AI is a computer-based simulation of human intellect that reflects human behavior. Artificial intelligence refers to the ability of technology, particularly computer systems that simulate human intelligence processes. Applications of artificial intelligence AI include machine vision, speech recognition, natural language processing NLP, and expert systems. Investigating AI technologies in ELT and understanding the function of AI in English language learning are the primary objectives of this study. Several AI based ELT program options are available for students to utilize. Google Translate, English Able,Text to Speech TTS, Elsa , Chatbot, Duolingo, Neo platforms, and many more are examples of smart application that replicate human thought and behavior. They can simulate intelligence and make decisions that are the same as those made by humans using both computers and mobile devices. The conclusion shows that AI provides an ideal atmosphere for English language acquisition. Depending on their present English proficiency, career goals, or interests, it may significantly customize an environment where students can simultaneously practice their English language abilities while using their senses. AI improves practical abilities like writing communication and offers a realistic simulated dialogue platform like spoken English.
