An Overview of Innovative Teaching Strategies
Abstract:
The Twenty First Century is characterized by significant changes and innovative ideas. India requires a large quantity of well educated workforce. Traditional teaching methods are obsolete and it is essential to identify better strategies to enhance the necessary abilities of both educators and learners. There is a significant necessity to shift teaching methods from traditional lecture based learning focusing on facts to interactive instruction in order to cultivate long lasting skills that are valuable in the workforce. In order to tackle this issue, it is crucial to implement innovation in both teaching and learning. Utilizing the different methods and strategies outlined in the paper will lead to achieving the intended result. The current paper discusses new teaching techniques used by colleges and universities in the nation.
